Respondent Prayer: The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2015 to revoke the order of suspension in accordance with law and pass order on the same on its merits within the time frame stipulated by this Honourable Court. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. According to the petitioner, he joined the service of the respondent Corporation on 14.06.2010 as Junior Assistant. While so, the petitioner was placed under suspension by an order of the respondent dated 04.09.2015.
3. The petitioner would further state that he is suffering with great mental agony and hard ship due to the suspension. Therefore, he made a representation to the respondent on 16.12.2015 to revoke the order of suspension. 4. Heard Mr.Balan Haridas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.M.E.Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

This Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondent by enclosing a copy of this order as well as copy of the relevant records, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks therefrom and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
