2. The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking direction to the second respondent to release the sale deed dated 28.03.2013, by considering his representation dated 15.04.2013.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions submitted that the documents were released during the pendency of this Writ Petition.
