The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the second respondent to register a case against the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.07.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It appears that the petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.20 of 2015 and the same was closed on 09.01.2015. The respondent police is directed to send the copy of the closure https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal original Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
