Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for Respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the 3rd Respondent and having considered the averments in paragraph No.5 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

2. It is made clear that the if the petitioner fails to appear or comply with the terms of the modified order in future, the bail granted by this court will stand automatically revoked in which case the petitioner shall be taken into custody.
