Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to fix the petitioner's Selection Grade Scale of Pay as Rs.5200 - 20200 + G.P.Rs.2800 with the corresponding revised Selection Grade Scale of Pay of Rs.9300 - 34800 + 4200 as per Letter nO.63305/Pay Cell/2010 -1, 10.02.2011, from 14.01.2009 and also to pay the arrears at the rate of Rs.9300 - 38400 + 4200 with effect from 01.01.2007.

ORDER
The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the Selection Grade as applicable to the writ petitioner as per the Government Order has not been considered.
2.In this regard, the writ petitioner has submitted a representation to the 3rd respondent on 04.11.2016, which is yet to be considered.
3. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 4.11.2016 and to pass order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant documents, if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
