ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent police to register an F.I.R. and to investigate according to his complaint dated 10.02.2015 in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner has stated that he is the owner of a Marriage Hall and he wanted some money to be raised on mortgage. One Mr.P.Velayutham approached him and agreed to finance him. The petitioner wanted a mortgage deed to be executed but whereas it is alleged that Mr.P.Velayutham, executed a sale deed.

4.Aggrieved by this, the present complaint has been lodged. The complaint does not disclose the dates on which all these incidents took place.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the respondent Police submits that, petition enquiry was conducted and closed as Mr.P.Velayutham had agreed to settle with this petitioner.

6.Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the complaint, this is not a fit case for a positive direction to the respondent Police to register the case.

7. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
