Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the concerned records relating to the Order No.12637/DRDM/DCR/B3/KKL/2019, dated 08.07.2019 passed by the first respondent herein and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to issue Community Certificate to the petitioner certifying that the petitioner belong to Hindu Malaikuravan Community.
