By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

2. Though the writ petition is filed seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus, the learned counsel for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.6.2015.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.6.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
