ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.07.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, who would submit that the complaint dated 08.07.2016 has been sent by post to the respondents.

In view of the above submission and taking into account the fact that the case at hand involves an issue between the petitioner-mother and her youngest son with regard to a gold chain, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the second respondent police along with a copy of this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 08.07.2016. On receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of such complaint, the second respondent police is directed to call both the parties for an enquiry and take action in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
