ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the petitioner's grandson's complaint dated 17.02.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner's grandson is an accused in Crime No.86 of 2015 for offences under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC on the complaint given by one Dinesh kumar.

4. According to the petitioner, the said Dinesh Kumar had dashed on the petitioner's grandson.

5. Be that as it may, it is seen that the petitioner wants the statement of his grand son dated 17.02.2015 to be registered as regular case, such relief, as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a private complaint, if so advised.
