ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate of petitioner' original sale deed bearing Document No.1908 of 1986 on the file of SRO, Omalur in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint dated 12.05.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had lost his original sale deed in Document No.1908 of 1986 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Omalur. Hence, he preferred a online complaint on 12.05.2022 before the respondent.

2. In reply, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioner's online complaint dated 12.05.2023 is received. However, petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry. He further submitted that, if the petitioner co-operates with the enquiry, appropriate orders will be passed.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the petitioner to co-operate with the enquiry by producing necessary documents to the respondent police and the respondent Police is directed to dispose of the representation within a period of four 2/4

weeks thereafter.

4. With the above observations and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
