O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner to direct the First Respondent to conduct enquiry on the representation of the Petitioners dated 23.07.2018 and cancel the assignment patta alleged to have been issued on 09.02.1989 and received by the Fifth Respondent in 1992 and take action against the Fourth and Fifth Respondents for committing such serious irregularities.

It is represented by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Third Respondents that the Second Respondent has conducted an enquiry in the matter in which both the Petitioners and the Fourth and Fifth Respondents have appeared and that final decision would be taken and communicated to the parties concerned within a period of eight weeks from today and he has also filed a memo to that effect. 3.
