ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the matter relates to dispute between the neighbours in the same locality and a counter complaint has also been given by the first accused against the defacto complainant. He would further submit that because of the stay, the respondent is unable to proceed further with the investigation.

2. It is seen that the matter relates to a dispute between neighbours in the same locality and since there has been a stay, the respondent police are unable to proceed with the investigation. Though stay has been granted, now the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is prepared to appear for enquiry.

3. Hence, the respondent police is directed to continue with the investigation and arrive at a finality and report before this Court on 27.01.2021. Further, during the course of enquiry, the petitioner shall not be coerced and no action shall be taken against the petitioner. 06.11.2020 ksa-2 2/4
