Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India/praying this Hon'ble Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2012 by taking into account of its recommendations issued in Na.Ka.No. M3/5395/2010 dated 18.01.2012 and the directions of the 1st respondent dated 21.5.2012 in Na.Ka.No. O2/28152/11 in accordance with law and on its merits and pass appropriate orders within the time framed stipulated by this Honourable Court.
