Crl.M.P.No.8649 of 2024 Crl.M.P.No.8649 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8783 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order of this Court, dated 15.04.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8783 of 2024 in para No.6(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 4 months and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail."

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Hostel Warden at Kodaikanal Internatinal School and the school is said to be reopen on 08.07.2024, the petitioner must be present at the school every day and night and hence prays to modify the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified that "the petitioner shall to report before the respondent Police on every first and third Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for another period of 5 months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation and further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail."
