This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 285 days in filing the criminal revision as against the judgement passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchengode in C.A.No.105 of 2023, dated 28.03.2024, thereby convicting the appellant and confirming the conviction order in C.C.No.117 of 2020 dated 19.05.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 285 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
