Respondent PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent Bank to forthwith sanction and disburse the Educational Loan of Rs.6,00,000/- apart from the Hostel fees and charges to the petitioner for his studies from the Academic Year 2012-2013 to 2015-2016 based on the application of the petitioner dated 16.08.2013.
