This Writ Petition is heard through Video Conference on account of COVID-19 pandemic situation.

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus, forbearing the first respondent from interfering with the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent, more particularly, the subject matter of H.M.O.P No.3987 of 2012 pending before the I-Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai.

It is now stated that the proceeding between the petitioner and the second respondent under Section 13B of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in O.P.No.3486 of 2018 on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai, attained finality on 20.03.2019 and a decree of divorce by mutual consent was granted.

In view of the same, nothing survives to be decided further in this Writ Petition and the same is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
