ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case for the various cognizable offences on the basis of the complaint dated 18.03.2015 against the persons named in the complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that the petitioner sent the complaint dated 18.03.2015 directly to the Commissioner of Police by post. 4.In view of the above, no direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted to the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to give a copy of the complaint dated 18.03.2015 that has been filed before this Court to the Inspector of Police, District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crime Branch, Tiruppur District, in person and on such presentation, the Investigating Officer is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
