ORDER
The present Writ Petition is filed praying a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 24.02.2022 whereby the petitioner had requested for grant of family pension to Mrs. Deenal Elizabeth who according to the petitioner suffers from Schizopherenia.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation itself is insufficient / inadequate in as much as relevant medical certificates and documents have not been furnished and prima facie the petitioner may not be entitled to any family pension. Having said that the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner may submit a fresh representation along with supporting documents, if any, and on such representation being made, the same would be considered and orders would be passed, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
3. In view of the above submission by the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would file a fresh representation to the respondents 1 and 2 along with supporting documents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
