Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the petitioner's entire terminal benefits like Gratuity, Provident Fund and Earned Leave Salary to the tune of Rs.14.20 Lakhs including the Gratuity and Provident Fund as per Sections 78 and 79 of Tamil Nadu Co-op. Societies Act, 1983 to the petitioner.
