This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Alandur, Chennai, and to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8048 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8048 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026 and no further extension of time will be granted.

ORDER
The matter is today listed under the caption 'for being mentioned'. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the first paragraph of the order dated 07.05.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.8485 of 2026
in Crl.O.P.No.8048 of 2026, instead of XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, inadvertently, it has been mentioned as 'Judicial Magistrate-II, Alandur, Chennai', and prayed for appropriate orders. The learned counsel also prayed to extend the time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8048 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026.
3.In view of the above, the first paragraph of the order dated 07.05.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.8485 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.8048 of 2026, is to be read as follows:
"This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, and to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8048 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026."
4.Time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8048 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026 is extended by a further period of two weeks. 5.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and re-issue copy of the order to the respective learned counsel appearing for the parties. 14-05-2026 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order
