Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has obtained interim injunction in I.A.No.398 of 2013 in O.S.No.86 of 2013 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Palacode, despite which the opposite party is causing disturbance to the petitioner. Since the petitioner is seeking police aid in a pending suit, the petitioner should approach the trial Court under Section 151 C.P.C. for police protection.
