This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9647 of 2024 dated 30.04.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a month at 10.00 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
