ASHA, J, The above application is filed To direct the 1st Respondent to deposit any amounts received or receivable either directly or indirectly from the 2nd Respondent, producer of the Tamil Movie Mark Antony (including its dubbed versions in Telugu, Hindi and other languages if any) to the extent of the suit claim, or to the extent of such sums as may be determine by this Honble Court, to the credit of the suit, pending disposal of the suit.

2. Considering the fact that no amounts are due from the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent, the above application is closed.
