This petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.2091 of 2019 on the file of the Learned II Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Learned Family Court, Dindigul, Dindigul District. 2.

Mr.V.Selvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
