The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a Mandamus for appointing his grand daughter in any Government post stating that he was a freedom fighter. Though there are no rules available for appointing grand daughter of freedom fighter, the first respondent may consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2021 and pass appropriate order within a period of six weeks from the receipt of the order.
