TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The Manager, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited, though preferred the appeal questioning the Lower Court amount of Rs.6,62,000/- now felt, prosecuting the appeal may not be worthy to contest and in this view considering the change of circumstances they are not pressing the appeal and to that effect memo filed and recorded.

2. As per the memo filed, recorded today, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Counsel for the Appellant This Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement. The full court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 2 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
