ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 24.08.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 24.08.2022 to transfer the patta on his favour in respect of the property situated at Old SF Nos.20 & 21 admeasuring to an extent of 2 acres at Chennasandaram Village, Hosur Taluk within the Sub Registration District of Hosur and Registration District of Krishnagiri. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the petitioner's application dated 24.08.2022 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's online application dated 24.08.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
