Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in proceeding Se.Mu.Ka.No. A1/1911/2013 dated 28.10.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to continue all the increments as per the original fixation and also direct the respondents to repay the already recovered amount of Rs.1,08,670 (Rupees One Lakh Eight Thousand Six Hundred and Seventy Only) with interest.

It is represented by Mr.R.Prem Narayanan that the sole petitioner is no more and all the efforts made to bring the legal representatives on record have not succeeded for want of proper information. 2.

In view of the same, this writ petition is closed. However, it is left open for the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to file appropriate application, in case if they are so advised and intend to pursue the writ petition in future.
