This application is taken out by the plaintiff to bring on record the 7th respondent, Mohammed Akmal as the 8th defendant in the suit.

2. The cause for filing this application is the demise of the 4th defendant, Kandrikar Ameenur Rahman, the Director of Eastern Chrome Tanning Corporation Private Limited. While all other legal heirs of the deceased 4th defendant, Kandrikar Ameenur Rahman have already on record as defendants, the proposed defendant, Mohammed Akmal alone is left over and therefore, the present application is filed to implead as 8th defendant.

3. The learned counsel who appeared for the deceased 4th defendant has no objection in allowing this application. Hence the application is allowed.

4. The amended plaint copy shall be filed by the plaintiff on or before 08.11.2021.
