ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to regularize the period of service of the petitioner in the post of Road Inspector from the date of first appointment for the purpose of pay fixation and for the purpose of getting full pensionary benefits and other consequential monetary benefits by considering his representation dated 11.03.2019.

2. When the matter was listed on 22.01.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 12.02.2025. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 14.02.2025 also there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 21.02.2025, under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called, there was no Page No.2 of 4

representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
