This petition is filed to condone the delay of 246 days in filing the review application against the order dated 21.04.2025 passed in WP.No.5831 of 2025.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit in paragraphs 7, 8, 9 and 10, the delay of 246 days in filing the review application is condoned and the petition is ordered.

3.Registry is directed to number the revision application, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the matter on 17.06.2026.
