A direction was given on 23.09.2022, that the defendant should deposit an amount of Rs.25/- lakhs. The time period for complying with the condition was extended in an application No.4811/2022, on 01.11.2022.

2. A Memo has now been filed on behalf of the defendant that direction to deposit Rs.25/- lakhs had been complied with and necessary document in that regard has been produced.

3. In view of the fact that the condition has been complied with, the application No.2933/2022 which had been filed to condone the delay of 27 days in filing application to set aside the ex parte decree is allowed and the delay of 27 days is condoned.

4. The application stands allowed.
