The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents University to grant affiliation for starting Pharm. D Degree Course for the academic Year 2020-21 in compliance with the orders passed in W.A.No. 3534 of 2019 dated 16.06.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.A.No.3534 of 2019, the respondent has passed an order on 09.12.2020. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
