This petition has been filed to withdraw the HMOP No.13 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Devakottai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and there is no representation on the side of the respondent.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is living with her brother and her parents are no more, the reason assigned by the petitioner is justifiable. Hence, the Subordinate Court, Devakottai , is directed to transfer HMOP No. 13 of 2023 to the Family Court, Thiruvallur. Further, the Family Court, Thiruvallur, is directed to dispose the case as expeditiously as possible after giving notice to the respondent. 4.In result, this petition is disposed of. No Cost.
