ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police not to harass, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Crime No.1479 of 2014 has been registered under Section 110 Cr.P.C. and when the policed went to serve the summons on the petitioner, the petitioner rushed to this Court with the above petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In these circumstances, this petition is closed with the direction to the petitioner to participate in the enquiry and appear before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ambattur. However, during the enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent police.
