ORDER
By consent of both parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. Based upon the sale deed executed in favour of the petitioner as early as on 20.10.1991 and enclosing relevant documents, the petitioner has made a representation on 24.09.2015, seeking issuance of separate patta in his name. As the said request is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. The fact that the petitioner was a minor at the time of execution of sale deed, is irrelevant for considering the issuance of patta in his name.

4. Therefore, a direction is issued to the respondent, to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 24.09.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
