It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the second respondent has issued a nativity certificate to the petitioner on 24.11.2015 and the petitioner is ready to produce the certificate to the first respondent today, i.e. 25.11.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that if the petitioner produced the certificate, the first respondent is ready to act based on the certificate.
