This Writ Petition has been pending from 2015 onwards. Earlier, on several occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. When the matter came up for hearing before me on 06.04.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, with a view to afford yet another opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again ordered to be listed on 27.04.2017 under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Even though the matter has been listed today (27.4.2017) under the caption, 'for dismissal', when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
