ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 21.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.9954 of 2026.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was ordered to be released on bail by this Court on 21.04.2026, on certain conditions, which includes surrender of his passport before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Coimbatore. He further submitted that since the petitioner does not possess passport on his own, he could not able to execute the said condition. Hence, he prayed to modify the same.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the submissions made on either sides, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para 6 of the order dated 21.04.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.9954 of 2026. Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Coimbatore, is directed not to insist upon the production of the passport by the petitioner. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
