Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st respondent police to forthwith comply with the orders passed by the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate in C.C.No.696 of 2014 dated 23.12.2014 and to direct the respondents 3 to 6 to initiate appropriate proceedings for extradition of the accused Senthil Pandari Rao (A1) from Sydney is Unit 1, 11 Knight Street, Homebush, NSW-2140, Sydney to India to be produced in C.C.No.696 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned XV Judicial Magistrate, Chennai and for issuing provisional arrest warrant pending such extradition proceedings within a time frame and to direct the 1st respondent to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation made to the respondents 3 to 6 against the accused.
