ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent herein to dispose of application in Registration No.CMDA/P/ 0025499/2017 for approval of unapproved house site in respect of vacant land known as 'Vasantha Puram Extension' Plot No.17 bearing S.No.138/1, of an extent of 1836 sq.ft. in Arasangalani Village, St.Thomas Mount Panchayat Union, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application in Registration No.CMDA/P/ 0025499/2017 and to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
