PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, directing the respondent not to harass the petitioners in any manner.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the first petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.301 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent Police and the second petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.927 of 2018, on the file of the respondent Police.

4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
