This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the second respondent, since final report not filed even after lapse of three years.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that the investigation almost completed and within a week time final report will be filed.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to transfer the investigation, but, direction to the second respondent to file the final report within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
