A report has been filed by the Advocate Commissioner along with a memo seeking for additional remuneration.

Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, as seen from the report, the Advocate Commissioner has seized the subject vehicles and handed over the custody of the same to the applicant. The vehicles were seized at Theni. The Advocate Commissioner has sought for additional remuneration of Rs.25,000/- each in respect of both the applications. The Advocate Commissioner had seized two vehicles.

After giving due consideration to the report filed by the Advocate Commissioner, this Court is inclined to grant an additional remuneration of Rs.25,000/- in respect of both the applications. Accordingly, this Court directs the applicant to pay the said sum to the Advocate Commissioner towards her additional remuneration within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
