These applications have been filed to vacate the order of appointment of Advocate Commissioners by this Court.

2. The applicant is directed to visit the office of the respondent and explore the possibility of settlement. Out of the four vehicles two vehicles have already been seized by the Advocate Commissioners appointed by this Court and they are presently in the interim custody of the applicant. To see the outcome of the settlement talks, post the matter on 01.09.2023.
