Mr.K.Moorthy, learned counsel on record for applicant, adverting to the affidavit filed in support of captioned application submits that Coronavirus pandamic and consequent lock down, which is referred to as 'COVID-19 situation' is the reason and learned counsel points out that the signatory was afflicted and office of the counsel was not fully functional.
