According to the Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, Except petitioner No.9 N.T.Subulakshmi, order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.5000 of 2004, dated 21.02.2014 has been complied with by the respondent and copy of the proceedings also produced before this Court. If no such order passed in respect of the petitioner No.9, the respondent department is directed to pass orders and serve the copy of the order to the petitioner No.9. Counsel for the petitioners is directed to receive copy of the proceedings from the office of the Additional Government Pleader. If the petitioners are aggrieved, it is open to challenge the said order in the manner known to law, if so advised.
