This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.210 of 2016 dated 16.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, no time bound order to complete the investigation can be passed. However, the respondent police is directed to investigate and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, expeditiously, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
